Impact Socket Set Hazet 900Slg-SR/5, hexagon sockets 5 pcs, sizes SW 13–SW 24

Hazet 900Slg-SR/5 impact socket set contains five hexagon sockets in metric sizes SW 13 through SW 24. The sockets are made for use with impact wrenches and high-torque applications, providing a compact selection of commonly used sizes for automotive repair, industrial maintenance, and workshop service tasks. The set is organized to cover a range of medium to large fasteners and is designed for repeated use under demanding conditions.

Advantages

The sockets feature impact-grade construction that withstands the shock and stress of pneumatic and electric impact tools. Precision machining ensures accurate engagement with hex fasteners, reducing the risk of rounding or slippage. The set’s size range from SW 13 to SW 24 minimizes the need to switch tools during typical maintenance jobs, and the robust material and heat treatment improve resistance to wear and deformation under high torque.

Suitable for

• Automotive repair: wheel nuts, engine and suspension fasteners
• Industrial maintenance: machinery assembly and disassembly
• Workshop service: general fastening and heavy-duty repair tasks
• Construction and installation work involving metric hex bolts

Key specifications

• Socket type: hexagon (6-point) impact sockets
• Quantity: 5 pieces
• Sizes included: SW 13, SW 14, SW 17, SW 19, SW 24
• Intended drive: impact wrench compatible
• Material and finish: impact-grade steel with heat-treated construction for durability
• Application range: medium to high torque fastening

How to use

Select the socket size that fits the hex fastener snugly and attach it securely to the appropriate impact wrench or drive adapter. When using with pneumatic or electric impact tools, set the tool power and torque settings according to the fastener and manufacturer specifications. Apply steady pressure and avoid angling the tool to prevent slippage; for stubborn or corroded fasteners, consider using penetrating lubricant and apply initial loosening at reduced impact intensity if possible.

Recommendations

Inspect sockets regularly for cracks, rounding, or deformation before each use. Use impact-specific sockets only with impact tools; do not use them on hand ratchets intended for hand-only operation. Store sockets in a clean, dry place and clean them after exposure to corrosive environments. Replace any damaged socket immediately to maintain safety and prevent fastener damage.
