Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Stylish edge-to-edge design makes the ProLite XU2793QSU perfect for multi-monitor set-ups. The IPS panel technology offers accurate and consistent colour reproduction with wide viewing angles. The 100Hz refresh rate together with AdaptiveSync function provides an instant, tangible improvement in image smoothness. The XU2793QSU offers QHD (2560 x 1440) resolution meaning the screen can accommodate almost 77% more information than a Full HD display. High contrast and brightness values mean the monitor will provide excellent performance for photographic and web design. Equipped with speakers, 2 port USB, headphone socket, HDMI and DisplayPort connections, a blue light reducer function to reduce eye fatigue for optimal user comfort, make this 27’’ monitor a great choice for both multi-monitor configuration and office applications.
IPS Technology

IPS Technology

IPS displays are best known for wide viewing angles and natural, highly accurate colours. They are especially suited for colour-critical applications.

100Hz

A 100Hz refresh rate translates into increased smoothness of the image. This means that flickering is reduced and therefore eye fatigue is also less noticeable. The increased frequency also means smoother transitions between contrasting colours, smoother motion scenes in both movies and gaming, and even reduced mouse cursor flickering.

Blue light reducer

Blue light reducer

As we all know looking at a monitor screen for several hours per day, especially form a closer distance, causes eye fatigue. This effect is much stronger with computer screens than with TV equipment. One of the factors responsible for this phenomenon is the blue light emitted by the screen. Therefore reducing the amount of blue light ultimately allows our eyes to feel less tired while working long hours with a computer screen. We achieved it by adjusting the monitor's brightness and color temperature through a new feature called “Blue light reduction” easily accessible through the monitor’s OSD menu.

Speakers and headphones

Playing with friends? Use the integrated high-quality speakers. Don’t want to disturb anybody? Plug your headset into the headphone socket and turn the volume up.

ACR

ACR

Contrast Ratio is a measurement of the difference between the darkest black and the brightest white your monitor can display. Advanced Contrast Ratio is a feature that automatically adjusts contrast and brightness of the screen to assure perfect picture quality while watching films and playing games.

How to use

Connect the monitor to your computer using HDMI or DisplayPort, and attach peripherals to the USB ports if needed. Use the on-screen display (OSD) menu to enable AdaptiveSync and set the refresh rate to 100Hz where supported by your graphics output. Adjust brightness and colour temperature via the OSD to activate the Blue light reducer for reduced eye strain. Select audio output through the built-in speakers or plug headphones into the jack as required.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, ensure your graphics card supports QHD at 100Hz and AdaptiveSync. Use the Blue light reducer during prolonged use and adjust contrast settings when working with photography or web design to achieve accurate results.
