Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Stylish edge-to-edge design ProLite XU2792QSU offering QHD (2560 x 1440) resolution is perfect for multi-monitor set-ups. The IPS panel technology offers accurate and consistent colour reproduction with wide viewing angles. The 100Hz refresh rate together with AdaptiveSync function provides an instant, tangible improvement in image smoothness. High contrast and brightness values mean the monitor will provide excellent performance for photographic and web design. Equipped with speakers, 2 port USB 3.2 hub, headphone socket, HDMI and DisplayPort connections, a blue light reducer function to reduce eye fatigue for optimal user comfort, make this 27’’ monitor a great choice for both multi-monitor configuration and office applications.
QHD

QHD

With true QHD 2560 x 1440p resolution your monitor is ready to display high definition images. This means you can accommodate more information on your screen, i.e. over 76% more in comparison to a 1920 x 1080 monitor.

IPS Technology

IPS displays are best known for wide viewing angles and natural, highly accurate colours. They are especially suited for colour-critical applications.
IPS Technology
Flicker-free + Blue light

Flicker-free + Blue light

The ultimate solution for the comfort and health of your eyes. Flicker-free monitors with the blue light reducer function substantially reduce the strain and fatigue caused by flickering and blue light emittance of regular monitors.

100Hz

A 100Hz refresh rate translates into increased smoothness of the image. This means that flickering is reduced and therefore eye fatigue is also less noticeable. The increased frequency also means smoother transitions between contrasting colours, smoother motion scenes in both movies and gaming, and even reduced mouse cursor flickering.
100Hz
Speakers and headphones

Speakers and headphones

Playing with friends? Use the integrated high-quality speakers. Don’t want to disturb anybody? Plug your headset in the headphone connector and enjoy!

How to use

Connect the monitor to a computer using HDMI or DisplayPort for video and attach peripherals to the integrated USB hub as needed. Adjust the stand height and use the pivot function to switch between landscape and portrait orientations. Use the on-screen display to enable FreeSync, set the refresh rate to 100Hz if supported by your graphics card, and activate the blue light reducer and flicker-free mode to lower eye strain.

Recommendations

For best results, pair the monitor with a GPU that supports WQHD at 100Hz via DisplayPort or HDMI. Calibrate colour settings with a hardware calibrator when accurate colour reproduction is required. Use the height adjustment and pivot to maintain an ergonomic viewing position and enable the blue light reducer in extended use to reduce eye fatigue.
