Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The HP USB Business Slim Keyboard is a full-size wired keyboard designed for business environments and compatible with multiple operating systems. It offers USB connectivity and a 1.8 m cable for flexible placement. The slim black design is intended to integrate with HP Business PCs and standard office setups.

Advantages

The keyboard provides a full-size layout optimized for multi-OS use, straightforward USB plug-and-play connectivity, and a slim profile that saves desk space while maintaining standard key spacing. A one-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects.

Suitable for

  • Office workstations and business PCs
  • Multi-OS environments (Windows, macOS, Linux-compatible layouts)
  • Users who prefer wired USB keyboards with a full-size layout

Key specifications

  • Brand: HP
  • Model: N3R87AA#ABZ
  • Device interface: USB
  • Form factor: Full-size (100%)
  • Cable length: 1.8 m
  • Colour: Black
  • Weight: 0.8 kg
  • Mouse included: No
  • Warranty: One-year limited warranty

How to use

Connect the keyboard to an available USB port on your computer using the attached cable. The keyboard is designed for plug-and-play operation with standard drivers; the full-size layout can be used immediately for typing, data entry, and navigation across supported operating systems. Position the keyboard on a flat surface and adjust your workstation layout for ergonomic comfort.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, connect the keyboard directly to a computer USB port rather than through an unpowered hub. Keep the cable routed to avoid strain near the connector and clean the keycaps with a dry or slightly damp cloth when the device is disconnected.

“Everyone wants a quieter keyboard now. Up until a year ago it may have been “cool” to sport an RGB mechanical keyboard at home, and to geek out on what kind of Cherry switch you preferred.”
