This HP 840 G8 is a renewed Grade B unit: a 14-inch business laptop with an Intel Core i5-1135G7, 16 GB of memory and a 256 GB SSD, supplied with Windows 11 Pro installed. It suits office work, remote teaching and travel, where a full HD non-touch panel and a 1.80 kg weight matter more than a large screen.

Two things to note. The keyboard is the Nordic layout rather than the South African or UK layout, so key caps for some symbols will differ; if you touch-type you will adapt quickly, otherwise consider remapping. Grade B indicates a used unit that may show cosmetic marks.

  • 14-inch FHD display, no touchscreen, non-backlit keyboard
  • Intel Iris Xe graphics, 16 GB memory, 256 GB SSD
  • Windows 11 Pro, Nordic keyboard
