Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Play at your full potential on a monitor that delivers frames at full-throttle speed. From edge to edge, this 240 Hz[1] monitor brings visuals to the next level, with HDR technology that delivers details and contrast like you've never seen before, so you’re ready to react fast, return fire, and rank up.
Lightning-fast refresh rates

Lightning-fast refresh rates

Outpace your opponent with a 1ms response time and 240Hz refresh rate[1], 4x faster than traditional 60Hz monitors. QHD resolution offers exceptional visual quality, twice the pixel density of FHD monitors. This means less blur, smoother gameplay, and the ability to react faster to all the action all with ultra-sharp graphics.

Crystal-clear gaming

Gamers deserve to have smooth gaming combined with the brilliant pixel quality high-dynamic range rendering offers. AMD Radeon FreeSync2™ HDR Technology[2] gives you low latency, wide adaptive refresh rate ranges, and Low Framerate Compensation.
Gaming is in the details, don't miss any

Gaming is in the details, don't miss any

This monitor features HDR technology that provides a range of luminance that delivers vivid details and lifelike contrast between colors. View the brightest of whites and the darkest of blacks for in-game details like you’ve never seen before. The DCI P3 90% color gamut[1] and profound luminance give you that realistic feel you crave.

Console connectivity

Easily connect to your PC, gaming console and peripherals for big screen entertainment with a broad range of ports, including HDMI, 1 Display port and 2 USB.

OMEN Command Center

OMEN Command Center puts you in control, allowing you to optimize and customize your display, performance and lighting settings—all to meet your needs.

Height adjustment stand

Easily adjust your display to the most comfortable position with 130 mm range of travel.

DCI-P3 color space

Get deeper hues and more accurate colors with a wider color gamut than sRGB. DCI-P3 90% closely represents colors on displays as they are in the real world. [1]

240Hz refresh rate

Reduce frustrating lag and image ghosting with a lightning fast 240Hz refresh rate and a 1440p QHD resolution for smooth, crisp gameplay. [1]

AMD® FreeSync™ 2 HDR

See and feel the difference of fluid, responsive HDR gameplay. Synchronize the refresh rate with your GPU, making display stutter, input lag, and screen tears ancient history. [2]

High dynamic range compatible

HDR compatibility means HDR games and movies appear vivid and colorful, with enhanced contrast on your HDR display. More accurate colors provide a more lifelike visual experience. [4]
