Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The HP OMEN by Sequencer Keyboard is a full-size wired gaming keyboard designed for responsive performance and durability. It features optical-mechanical switches that combine the feel of mechanical keys with the speed of optical actuation, and connects via a 2 m USB cable. The black, full-size (100%) layout provides a familiar typing surface and stable build suitable for extended gaming sessions.

Advantages

Optical-mechanical switch technology reduces input lag and offers precise, consistent actuation for faster key response. The wired USB connection ensures stable performance without wireless latency. The full-size layout and robust construction deliver a durable, comfortable experience for gaming and everyday use.

Suitable for

  • PC gaming where fast, reliable key response is required
  • Competitive esports and timed-response titles
  • Users who prefer a full-size keyboard with standard key layout
  • Setups requiring a wired USB connection and a 2 m cable

Key specifications

  • Brand: HP
  • Model: OMEN by Sequencer (MPN: 2VN99AA#UUW)
  • Interface: USB (wired)
  • Keyboard form factor: Full-size (100%)
  • Cable length: 2 m
  • Product colour: Black
  • Weight: 1.41 kg

How to use

Connect the keyboard to a compatible PC using the included USB cable. Allow the operating system to detect the device; drivers typically install automatically. Use the keyboard in standard USB mode for gaming and typing. No additional setup is required for basic functionality, though optional software (if available from the manufacturer) may enable customization of lighting or key assignments.

Recommendations

For best performance, connect directly to a PC USB port rather than a hub, keep the cable untangled to avoid interference, and ensure your system has the latest drivers or firmware from HP when available.

Speed you can feel

Optical-mechanical Blue switches enable a 0.2 ms response time—10 times faster than traditional mechanical switches—plus a 70 million click lifetime.[1]

Cast your perfect aura

Individually backlit keys offer up to 16.8 million RGB colors to choose from with unique effects, all customizable from OMEN Command Center.
Key Highlights
  • Gain an edge by customizing 5 dedicated macro keys to your go-to moves.
  • Feel the durability in the lightweight, anodized aluminum frame.
  • Take control of your media with dedicated keys for play, pause, skip, and mute, as well as an oversized metal roller bar to adjust volume.
  • Efficiently manage your cables and enjoy maximum convenience with a built-in USB port.
  • Gaming mode blocks interruptions from your system so you can focus on victory.
  • No matter how many keys are activated at once, every key press is detected with true n-key rollover and 100% anti-ghosting.
  • Lead the way to victory from OMEN Command Center, which gives you full control over your OMEN lineup. Customize lighting, performance and button functionality—the power is yours.
