Description

Keep the project momentum. With radically simple solutions and the easiest PDF printing^[1], it's easy for everyone to get great results every time. Meet deadlines with the fastest print speed in the most compact, quiet printer.^[2]

Dynamic security enabled printer Certain HP printers are intended to work only with cartridges that have a new or reused HP chip or electronic circuitry. These printers use dynamic security measures to block cartridges using a non-HP chip or electronic circuitry. Periodic firmware updates will maintain the effectiveness of these measures and block cartridges that previously worked. Reused HP chips and electronic circuitry enable the use of reused, remanufactured, and refilled cartridges.

Experience simplicity – At the high-end

Adopt a smart workstyle with the easiest PDF printing[1] using HP Click software.Empower your workforce. Easily print and share jobs from the cloud with your mobile device and HP Smart app.Fits your workplace with the most compact footprint and most quiet operation, with up to 87% less noise.[2]

Unleash performance – To turn design into delivery

Showcase design versatility from precise line drafts to boldly colored 3D renders, with HP Bright Office Inks.Provide the highest accuracy and display the finest details with the unique Adobe PDF Print Engine.[3]Meet deadlines with the fastest speed up to 180 D/hr[2], and dual roll option.Cut out unproductive tasks with integrated automatic print stacking, up to 100 pages.

SECURE – World's most secure large-format printer[4]

Rely on the best network protection with features like HP Secure Boot and whitelisting.[4]Control who accesses the printer and its confidential documents with secure user authentication.Keep your fleet secure at any time with HP JetAdvantage Security Manager.

How to use

Install the printer according to the HP installation guide, connect it to your network or workstation, and load media up to A0 size into the input trays. Select the appropriate page description language (for example PDF 1.7 or HP-GL/2) in your application or driver, adjust print settings for resolution and media type, and send the job. Use the onboard storage to queue large or complex files and monitor progress via the printer control panel or web interface.

Recommendations

Use genuine or reused HP cartridges with compatible HP chips or electronic circuitry. The printer employs dynamic security measures that may block cartridges using non-HP chips; periodic firmware updates can affect cartridge compatibility. Store media flat and load sheets carefully to avoid misfeeds and maintain print quality.
