Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Dynamic security enabled printer Certain HP printers are intended to work only with cartridges that have a new or reused HP chip or electronic circuitry. These printers use dynamic security measures to block cartridges using a non-HP chip or electronic circuitry. Periodic firmware updates will maintain the effectiveness of these measures and block cartridges that previously worked. Reused HP chips and electronic circuitry enable the use of reused, remanufactured, and refilled cartridges.

The world’s most secure printing[1]

The operating code (BIOS) is automatically checked during startup and repairs itself if compromised.Common Criteria certified[2] to continually monitor memory activity to detect and stop attacks in real time.Firmware is automatically checked during startup to determine if it’s authentic code – digitally signed by HP.The printer’s outgoing network connections are inspected to stop suspicious requests and thwart malware.Safeguard data stored on the printer – keys, passwords, certificates, and more – with the embedded HP Trusted Platform Module.[11]

Easy to use, simple to manage

HP FutureSmart firmware can be updated with the latest features[3] to optimise your investment for years to come.Centralise control of your printing environment with HP Web Jetadmin – and help build business efficiency.[4]Easily enable workflows across your fleet with a consistent user experience and intuitive, tablet-like icons.Expect consistent, high-quality results with technology that automatically adjusts print settings to paper type.Work with less wait. Step up productivity with print speeds up to 40 pages per minute.[12]

Enhanced productivity to empower workgroups

Give workgroups what they need to succeed. Easily choose and deploy hundreds of HP and third-party solutions.Keep your office connected. Built-in Ethernet and Dual-band Wi-Fi®[5] connectivity let you share printing resources on a network.Easily manage jobs directly at the printer with a customisable 10.9 cm (4.3 inch) colour touchscreen.Spend less time loading paper with up to three input trays for an additional capacity of 2,300 sheets.

Sustainability is smart business

Help save paper right out of the box. Two-sided (duplex) printing is set at default for automatic savings.[6]Help reduce wasted paper and toner by only printing jobs that are truly needed, using HP Roam for Business.[7]Help save energy intelligently by using only the power you need with HP Auto-On/Auto-Off Technology.[8]Help reduce your impact.
