Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The HP 803181-L31 Office USB QWERTY US International Black is a full-size wired keyboard engineered for everyday office work. It uses a mechanical key switch to deliver a responsive typing feel and a durable key action. The keyboard features a standard QWERTY US International layout and connects via USB for simple plug-and-play operation. Its black finish and conventional 100% form factor provide a professional appearance and full set of keys including a numeric keypad.

Advantages

This wired keyboard provides a tactile mechanical switch experience that improves typing accuracy and feedback compared with membrane designs. USB connectivity ensures compatibility with most desktop systems without additional drivers, offering immediate use after connection. The full-size layout includes dedicated navigation and numeric keys to support data entry and extended productivity sessions. The compact, black design integrates easily into standard office environments.

Suitable for

  • Office workstations and desk-based productivity
  • Data entry and accounting tasks requiring a numeric keypad
  • Users who prefer a mechanical key response for typing
  • Plug-and-play setups where simplicity and compatibility are priorities

Key specifications

  • Interface: USB wired connection
  • Form factor: Full-size (100%) with numeric keypad
  • Layout: QWERTY, US International language
  • Key mechanism: Mechanical switch for tactile feedback
  • Colour: Black

How to use

Connect the keyboard to an available USB port on your computer. The system will typically recognize the device automatically and enable basic functionality without additional software. Position the keyboard on a stable surface at a comfortable typing angle; use an external wrist rest if prolonged use causes strain. Use the numeric keypad and navigation keys for efficient data entry and document navigation. For customized settings or accessibility features, adjust operating system keyboard options through the control panel or settings application.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, keep the keyboard in a clean, dry environment and avoid spilling liquids. If keycaps need cleaning, disconnect the keyboard before wiping the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For optimal ergonomic use, maintain an upright posture and take regular short breaks during extended typing sessions.

“Everyone wants a quieter keyboard now. Up until a year ago it may have been “cool” to sport an RGB mechanical keyboard at home, and to geek out on what kind of Cherry switch you preferred.”
