Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The HP 803181-111 Office USB Black is a full-size wired keyboard built for office productivity. It connects via USB and offers a familiar straight layout with full 100% key coverage, including a numeric keypad. The keyboard uses mechanical-style key switches designed to provide a tactile typing response that supports extended periods of data entry, correspondence, and general office work. Its black finish and compact profile integrate into a variety of desktop setups while delivering a stable wired connection for consistent performance.

Advantages

The wired USB connection eliminates pairing steps and reduces input latency, giving reliable responsiveness for everyday tasks. Full-size layout with an integrated numeric keypad aids fast numeric input and familiar navigation. Mechanical-style key switches provide tactile feedback and clearer actuation feel, which can improve typing accuracy and endurance over long sessions. The black color and straightforward design maintain a professional appearance suitable for shared workspaces.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and data entry
  • Accounting and spreadsheet work requiring numeric keypad
  • General administrative tasks and email correspondence
  • Shared workstations in business environments

Key specifications

  • Device interface: USB wired connection
  • Keyboard form factor: Full-size (100%) with numeric keypad
  • Key switch type: Mechanical-style tactile switches
  • Product color: Black
  • Mouse included: No

How to use

Connect the keyboard to a free USB-A port on your computer; the device uses a standard USB interface and requires no additional drivers for basic operation on most modern operating systems. Position the keyboard on a stable surface at a comfortable typing angle and use the numeric keypad for efficient number entry. The mechanical-style switches will provide audible and tactile feedback—allow a short adjustment period if you are moving from membrane or low-profile keyboards.

Recommendations

For prolonged typing sessions, use a wrist rest to maintain neutral wrist position and reduce fatigue. Keep the keyboard surface clean and free of dust; unplug before cleaning and use a soft, dry cloth. If used in shared settings, ensure cable routing does not present a trip hazard and connect to a secure USB port.

“Everyone wants a quieter keyboard now. Up until a year ago it may have been “cool” to sport an RGB mechanical keyboard at home, and to geek out on what kind of Cherry switch you preferred.”
