Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Advantages

The keyboard offers multi-OS compatibility with a full-sized layout optimized for different operating systems, straightforward USB connectivity for plug-and-play use, and a compact slim profile that complements modern workspaces. A one-year limited warranty provides basic coverage for peace of mind.

Suitable for

  • Office desktop workstations
  • Business-class HP PCs and docking stations
  • Data-entry and administrative tasks
  • Environments requiring a reliable wired USB keyboard

Key specifications

  • Keyboard form factor: Full-size (100%)
  • Cable length: 1.8 m USB
  • Product colour: Black
  • Weight: 0.8 kg
  • Warranty: One-year limited
  • Brand: HP, MPN: N3R87AA#ABU, EAN: 0889894627575

How to use

Connect the keyboard to an available USB port on your PC using the attached 1.8 m USB cable. The keyboard is designed for plug-and-play operation with most operating systems; no additional drivers are typically required. Position the keyboard on a flat surface at a comfortable typing height and use standard keyboard shortcuts and function keys as supported by your OS.

Recommendations

For stable performance, connect directly to a PC USB port rather than through an unpowered USB hub. Keep the cable routed to avoid strain at the connector and clean the keyboard surface periodically with a dry or slightly damp cloth; do not use liquid cleaners directly on the device.

“Everyone wants a quieter keyboard now. Up until a year ago it may have been “cool” to sport an RGB mechanical keyboard at home, and to geek out on what kind of Cherry switch you preferred.”
