Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Key specifications

How to use

Install batteries if required and plug the RF receiver into an available USB port on your computer. Power on both the keyboard and mouse and wait for automatic pairing. Customize over 20 keys using the provided HP software or on-device settings where available. Place the mouse on a flat surface for optimal tracking and adjust keyboard position for comfortable typing.

Recommendations

Keep the RF receiver within 1–2 metres of the keyboard and mouse for best connectivity. Clean the white surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals to maintain appearance. Use customization options to assign frequently used shortcuts to improve efficiency.

Sleek, Stylish & Comfortable

This sleek, stylish keyboard includes legs that can be adjusted by up to 6 degrees while contoured keycaps and 2.0 mm travel delivers an accurate typing experience. A contoured mouse and grip design delivers every day comfort for left or right-handed users.

Customize to Optimize

Program 20+ keys on this keyboard with HP Accessory Center[1] so you can reduce keystrokes and work smarter in your most used apps. Plus you can easily customize mouse DPI settings to control cursor speed and sensitivity.

Free Your Mouse

Working on different surfaces can cause your mouse to work erratically. Problem solved with a Multi-Surface Sensor[4]. With better tracking, you’re now free to mouse on more surfaces like marble. Plus this new sensor is more power efficient for an increased battery life.

Sustainable Design Features

Responsibly designed, this combo helps reduce landfill waste by using post-consumer recycled materials that make up more than 60% of the plastics in the keyboard and mouse[2].

Easy to Keep Clean and Sanitary

Will withstand 1,000 cleanings using disinfecting wipes[3].
