The 18V STANLEY® FATMAX® V20 Cordless Heat Gun (tool only) is a battery-powered hot air gun designed for portable use across a range of repair and DIY tasks. It reaches temperatures up to 510°C and is supplied with no battery or charger, fitting into the V20 18V Lithium‑Ion system to share batteries with compatible tools.

Advantages

The heat gun uses improved 18V Lithium‑Ion battery technology that has no memory effect and minimal self‑discharge. It delivers high-temperature output up to 510°C and includes a deflector nozzle for heat-shrink applications and a 75 mm surface nozzle for paint and material removal. How to use

Fit a compatible 18V V20 Lithium‑Ion battery (not included) before operation. Select the appropriate nozzle for the task and attach it securely. Power the tool on using the main switch while observing the safety switch to prevent accidental start-up. Direct the hot air onto the work surface from a safe distance, moving the gun steadily to avoid overheating a single spot. Allow the tool and treated material to cool before handling.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (heat-resistant gloves and eye protection). Work in a well-ventilated area when removing paints or adhesives, and keep the nozzle clear of flammable materials. Allow adequate cooling time after use and store the tool with the battery removed.
