Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Hisense 50A6Q is a 50" (127 cm) 4K Ultra HD LED television with Direct-LED backlighting and a native resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. It runs the VIDAA smart TV platform and supports HDR content, multiple digital broadcast standards (DVB-C, DVB-S, DVB-S2, DVB-T, DVB-T2) and common connectivity options including Wi‑Fi, Ethernet LAN and Bluetooth. The TV has a reported brightness of 200 cd/m², a 9.5 ms response time and a contrast ratio of 5000:1, and comes in a black finish.

Advantages

The Hisense 50A6Q offers 4K resolution and HDR support for sharper, more detailed images and wider dynamic range. Direct-LED backlighting provides even illumination across the 50" display. Built‑in VIDAA smart platform and network interfaces (Wi‑Fi and Ethernet) allow access to streaming services and screen mirroring. Multiple DVB tuners make it compatible with a wide range of broadcast signals, and VESA 200 x 400 mm mounting support enables wall installation.

  • Home living rooms and bedrooms for TV and streaming
  • Watching 4K movies and HDR content

Use the remote control to navigate menus, adjust picture and sound settings, and enable HDR in supported content. For screen mirroring, enable the TV's casting feature and connect from a compatible smartphone or laptop.
