How to use

Trim the insoles to the correct shoe size following the cut lines, insert them into your footwear with the heating element positioned at the front, and switch on using the remote control or mobile app. Choose one of three heat settings to reach the desired temperature. Charge the insoles using the supplied wireless charger between uses; the charging process does not require removal from shoes if compatible charging is used as described in the manual.

Recommendations
