Apply the massage head gently to the target muscle area and move slowly across the muscle, avoiding direct application to bones, joints, open wounds or inflamed areas. Use shorter sessions on tender areas and monitor skin and muscle response; typical sessions last a few minutes per muscle group.

Recommendations

For best results, use the Havit MG1503 after exercise to support recovery or as a short daily routine for tension relief. Start at lower speeds and gradually increase intensity as tolerated. Do not use the device if you have recent fractures, severe circulatory disorders, implanted electronic medical devices (such as pacemakers) without consulting a healthcare professional, or on swollen or infected areas. Keep the massager clean and dry; store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
