Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Hanwha XNF-8010RVM is a dome IP security camera for indoor and outdoor surveillance. It captures 4MP images at a square resolution of 2048 x 2048 pixels using a CMOS sensor and provides a 192° horizontal and vertical field of view via a 1.6 mm fisheye lens with manual focus. The camera supports up to 8x digital zoom and operates at a minimum illumination of 0.1 lx, making it suitable for broad-area monitoring in varied lighting conditions.

Advantages

The fisheye lens provides an ultra-wide 192° coverage both horizontally and vertically, enabling single-camera monitoring of large areas. High 2048 x 2048 resolution ensures detailed, square-format images suitable for panoramic viewing and digital dewarp. A 0.1 lx minimum illumination rating allows operation in low-light environments. The camera's fixed 1.6 mm focal length with manual focus and 8x digital zoom offers straightforward installation and flexible image framing without mechanical moving parts.

Key specifications

How to use

Mount the dome camera at a central high point to maximize the fisheye 192° coverage. Connect the camera to the network according to standard IP camera installation procedures and configure resolution to 2048 x 2048 in the device web interface or VMS. Use manual focus to set a sharp image at installation, then apply digital zoom as needed in the viewer or management software for closer inspection. Ensure appropriate weatherproofing and power supply for outdoor installations.

Recommendations

For best results in monitoring large open areas, position the camera centrally and use dewarping features in your VMS to create rectilinear or panorama views from the 4MP fisheye image. Verify lighting levels meet or exceed the 0.1 lx specification for low-light scenes and use additional illumination if identification at long distances is required.
