Hanging folder Esselte Pendaflex A4 Cardboard Green

Esselte Pendaflex A4 Cardboard Green hanging folders are durable, brightly coloured suspension files designed for organised document storage. Manufactured from 100% recycled board and certified by the Blue Angel ecolabel, these folders combine environmental credentials with reinforced construction for long-lasting use. Each pack contains 25 folders sized 345 mm (width) × 240 mm (depth), suitable for A4 documents.

Advantages

These hanging files feature reinforcing tape along the base and rods, making them up to ten times stronger than previous versions. Bright green colour allows easy colour-coded filing, and each folder is supplied with a clear plastic label holder and matching white paper labels for straightforward identification. The use of recycled board reduces environmental impact while maintaining rigidity and reliability.

How to use

Place the folder on the suspension rails of a filing cabinet or drawer so the reinforced rods rest on the rails. Insert A4 documents inside the card folder and close if required. Fit the supplied clear plastic label holder into the label slot and write or insert a white paper label for quick identification. Use the bright green colour as part of a colour-coded system to group related documents.

Recommendations

For best durability, avoid overloading each folder beyond its intended capacity; distribute heavy contents across multiple folders and use the reinforcing tape along the base as an indicator of correct placement on suspension rails.
