How to use

Connect the HR52 Bonito Corded to a POS terminal or PC via the USB cable. For handheld operation, aim the cross laser at the target barcode and press the trigger; the soft white illumination and Acuscan aimer help ensure accurate capture on the first press. For hands-free scanning, place the scanner in the smart stand and set the stand to the desired angle (vertical or horizontal) to suit the work surface. The scanner is powered via USB and requires no separate battery charging when used in the stand.

Recommendations

Use the smart stand for continuous scanning at POS to improve throughput and switch to handheld mode for aisle or stockroom scanning. Clean the optical window periodically to maintain reading performance, and avoid subjecting the scanner to impacts beyond its 1.8 m drop resistance.
