Hama C-Rotate Pro USB flash drive 32 GB USB Type-A / USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) Silver

The Hama C-Rotate Pro USB flash drive provides 32 GB of portable storage with dual connectors: USB Type-A and USB Type-C. Designed for compatibility with a wide range of laptops, desktops and mobile devices, it supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 data transfer speeds for quick file copying. The swivel-metal housing protects the connectors when not in use and the silver finish gives the drive a minimalist, functional appearance suitable for everyday data transport.

Advantages

The swivel mechanism eliminates the need for a removable cap and protects both Type-A and Type-C connectors in a compact metal enclosure. Dual-interface support allows direct connection to modern smartphones and tablets with USB-C as well as older computers with USB-A ports. Support for USB 3.2 Gen 1 enables faster file transfers compared with USB 2.0 devices, improving efficiency when moving photos, documents and media files. The 32 GB capacity provides a practical balance between storage space and portability.

How to use

Open the swivel housing to expose the required connector and insert the drive into a free USB Type-A or USB Type-C port on your device. The operating system should recognise the drive automatically and assign it a removable storage letter or mount point. Copy, move or open files using your device's file manager. After data transfer, use the system's safe remove or eject function before detaching the drive to reduce risk of data loss, then swivel the connector back into the housing for protection.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, avoid removing the drive during active file transfers and keep the swivel mechanism clean of dust and debris. Use the appropriate connector for your device, and consider regularly backing up critical files to a second location to prevent data loss. The drive is suitable for everyday file transport but not intended as a long-term archival medium; store important backups on redundant or cloud solutions.
