Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The Hama 360° Glass cover for iPhone 13 Pro (15.5 cm / 6.1") is a transparent, silver-accented protective case that provides all-round protection without significantly changing the device's appearance. Made with a durable glass surface and precise millimetre-fit edges, the cover preserves access to all buttons and ports while maintaining wireless charging compatibility (Qi).

Advantages

The transparent construction with silver detailing keeps the phone's original design visible while offering scratch-resistant glass protection. The case encloses the display edge with millimetre precision and uses a simple magnetic closure with interference protection to ensure correct alignment without tilting when assembled. It is lightweight and slim, preserving the phone's handling and port access.

Suitable for

  • iPhone 13 Pro models with up to 15.5 cm (6.1") screen size
  • Users who want full-device protection while retaining the phone’s original look
  • Those who need uninterrupted Qi wireless charging with a case

Key specifications

  • Compatible device: iPhone 13 Pro (max. screen size 15.5 cm / 6.1")
  • Design: Transparent with silver accents
  • Material: Glass surface for scratch resistance
  • Closure: Magnetic with interference protection signal
  • Features: Full-edge coverage, millimetre-fit, preserves access to buttons and ports, Qi wireless charging compatible
  • Brand / MPN / EAN: black rock / 00217024 / 4260647334333

How to use

Place the iPhone 13 Pro into the case so that the device aligns with the millimetre-fit edges; the magnetic closure will guide and secure the two cover parts. Ensure all buttons and ports are accessible and that the display edge is fully enclosed. For wireless charging, position the phone on a Qi-compatible charger without removing the cover.

Recommendations

To maintain the glass surface, clean the cover with a soft, lint-free cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners. If the magnetic closure appears obstructed, check for debris along the case edges before reassembly.
