Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Connect your laptop or desktop with a DisplayPort output to a 4K HDMI monitor, TV, or projector using the Gizzu 4K60Hz DisplayPort to HDMI Cable. Ideal for home office setups, conference rooms, and gaming stations, this cable delivers crisp video and audio without extra software or power.

Key specifications

  • DisplayPort male to HDMI male connectors
  • Supports 4K (3840 x 2160) at 60Hz
  • HDCP 2.2 compliant, bandwidth up to 18 Gbps
  • Gold-plated connectors, PVC jacket
  • 1.5 meter length, black colour
  • Plug and play, bus-powered

Why choose it

This cable provides a reliable, high-bandwidth link from DisplayPort sources to HDMI displays. The gold-plated connectors resist corrosion and ensure stable signal transfer, while the 1.5m length offers flexibility without clutter. It supports audio pass-through, so you get both picture and sound through a single cable.

Ideal use cases

  • Connecting a laptop to a 4K monitor for extended desktop or mirroring
  • Presenting from a PC to a projector in meeting rooms
  • Streaming 4K content from a desktop to a large-screen TV
  • Gaming at 4K60 on a compatible HDMI display

Good to know

The cable is unidirectional: it converts a DisplayPort signal to HDMI, so the DisplayPort end must connect to the source device. It is compatible with DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 2.0 standards, and no external power is required. The PVC jacket provides durability for everyday use.
