We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.

With a durability of 80 million clicks, activation after a 2 mm press, and an actuation force of only 55 g, that's not all. Combined with a 1 ms response time, Kailh Box Brown V2 switches offer significantly better experiences compared to classic Kailh Box Brown switches. How to use

Connect the keyboard to a computer using the included USB cable. Use the standard QWERTY US layout for typing and gaming; RGB backlighting can be controlled via keyboard shortcuts or compatible software if available. To replace a switch, remove the keycap, pull the switch from its Hot-Swap socket and insert a compatible mechanical switch until it seats firmly. Double-Shot keycaps require no special care beyond normal cleaning.

Recommendations

For quieter operation and extended switch life, avoid excessive liquid exposure, periodically clean keycaps and consider replacing heavily used switches via the Hot-Swap sockets. Use on a stable, flat surface to minimize chassis flex and ensure consistent key response.
