How to use

Set the seat height so your feet rest flat on the floor and knees are approximately at a 90-degree angle. Adjust the armrests to support your forearms without raising your shoulders, and use the recline function to change the backrest angle for tasks that require different levels of focus. Engage the tilt mechanism to find a comfortable balance between upright support and reclined relaxation. Make small periodic adjustments during long sessions to vary posture and reduce fatigue.

Recommendations

For optimal ergonomics, combine chair adjustments with a desk and monitor positioned to keep your eyes level with the top third of the screen. Take regular short breaks to stand and stretch every 45–60 minutes. Use the recline setting for short rests, but avoid prolonged extreme recline when performing intensive tasks that require precise input.
