Single section and double section 19" open frames We recommend the single section open frames for simple installations without heavy components. During the development, we have focused to the construction simplicity, easy installation and maintenance. The double section 19" open frame is more suitable for installation of heavier and more dimensional devices. How to use

Place the freestanding rack at the desired location and use the adjustable feet (or fitted castors) to level and stabilise the unit. Mount 19" equipment into the vertical profile rails using standard cage nuts and screws, observing the recommended load distribution and mounting patterns for 42U racks. If installing slide-out devices or heavy servers in a double-section frame, fit the optional stabilization set at the base to increase stability. Install PDUs into the skeleton rails using the supplied holders and route cables through the vertical cable management accessory where required.

Recommendations

Distribute heavy equipment evenly across the rack height to maintain stability; place the heaviest devices in lower U-positions. Use the stabilization set when fitting slide-out servers and secure PDUs and cable management to prevent strain on connectors.
