The EFB Elektronik OFF-1568TS.V1RW is a 19" freestanding network cabinet with a steel sheet housing, designed for rack-mounted equipment up to 15U. The cabinet is self-supporting and supplied completely pre-assembled with passive ventilation and an IP20 protection rating. It features galvanised, continuously depth-adjustable 19" profiles both at the front and rear (two at each side), a single-piece full-glass front door (4 mm thickness) with a one-point latch lock and an option to fit the door stop on either the left or right side. The bottom and rear panels include pre-punched openings for cable entry.

How to use

Place the freestanding rack on a level surface and secure its position if required. Install equipment on the 19" mounting profiles, adjusting the depth of the profiles to suit device depth and fastening with appropriate rack screws. Route power and network cables through the pre-punched openings at the bottom or rear and secure cabling to avoid strain. Close the full-glass front door and lock it with the one-point latch when access is not needed.

Recommendations

For safe operation, distribute load evenly across the mounting profiles and observe the 38 kg maximum load. Ensure adequate ventilation in the room and leave sufficient space around the cabinet for airflow. Use suitable earthing and follow local electrical installation regulations when connecting powered equipment.
