Freestanding rack cabinet EFB Elektronik PRO-2486GR.G1SV is a 19" network cabinet with 24U mounting height, designed for indoor network, server and telecom equipment. The steel-sheet housing with screwed frame is delivered completely pre-assembled and is self-ventilated and demountable. Inside are four galvanised 19" profiles (two front, two rear) with stepless depth adjustment and reversed rack-unit numbering. The front door has a 5 mm certified safety glass window and a lockable 3-point turning handle (for up to 24U a 1-point handle) including a profile half-cylinder conforming to DIN18252 / EN 1303; the half-cylinder is customer-exchangeable (30/10 mm). The rear door is a one-piece shortened steel door with two latch locks (key equal to front), and a 3U cable entry panel at the bottom (690 x 67 mm). Roof and bottom have pre-punched openings for cable entry and the roof is prepared to accommodate 2- or 4-fan units; the bottom includes a pre-punched opening for filters or cable-entry modules. All cabinet sections are internally earthed and a pre-assembled earthing bar is mounted rear-centre (ports: 2 x M5 + 2 x 8 mm). Paint finish RAL7035 (light grey), protection degree IP20. How to use

Place the cabinet on a stable, level surface and secure the levelling feet to achieve correct alignment. Install equipment into the 19" profiles using the supplied captive nuts; adjust profile depth as needed for device fit. Route cables through the roof, bottom or rear cable-entry openings and use the 3U bottom panel for larger cable bundles. Connect the earthing bar to facility grounding using the supplied earthing cables. Fit fan units in the roof cutouts if active ventilation is required and install filters or cable-entry modules in the bottom pre-punched openings as needed.

Recommendations

For safe and reliable operation, distribute weight evenly across mounting levels and avoid exceeding the 1000 kg maximum load.
