How to use

Fit the desired accessory (whisk, flat beater or dough hook) to the attachment hub and lower the tilt-head. Select the appropriate speed using the lever from 1 to 10 and start mixing; use lower speeds for gentle folding and higher speeds for whipping or vigorous mixing. Use the pouring shield when adding ingredients to avoid splashes. After use, remove bowls and accessories and wash them in the dishwasher or by hand; wipe the enamel body with a damp cloth.

Recommendations

For best results, begin mixing on a low speed to combine ingredients, then increase speed as needed. Use the 3L bowl for smaller batches or when preparing a second mixture to avoid interruptions. Choose the appropriate attachment: dough hook for bread and pizza dough, whisk for meringues and aerated mixtures, flat beater for batters, mashed potatoes and frostings.
