How to use

Place the mixer on a stable, level surface and ensure it is switched off before connecting to mains. Fit the stainless steel bowl and the required beater or attachment, then lower the tilt head and lock it in place. Add ingredients through the pouring shield or with the shield removed if preferred. Start at a low speed to combine ingredients, then increase speed as needed for mixing, whipping or kneading.
