How to use

Add the appropriate ingredients into the 2 L pot—cheese mixture, melted chocolate or oil—avoiding overfilling. Set the temperature or power setting according to the type of fondue and allow the unit to reach the required serving consistency. Use suitable fondue forks or utensils to dip items, and monitor the contents during use to prevent burning or splattering. After use, switch off, unplug and allow the pot to cool before cleaning.

Recommendations

For cheese and chocolate fondues, use low to medium heat and stir gently to maintain a smooth consistency; for oil fondues, preheat to the recommended frying temperature and use small portions of food to avoid temperature drops. Regularly check the unit and keep it on a stable surface away from flammable materials.
