How to use

Install two AAA batteries and place the sensor on a level surface close to the area to be monitored. Position the probe cable so its tip contacts the floor or the expected leak point. Connect the sensor to your 2.4 GHz WiFi network via the Tellur Smart app on your smartphone, follow in-app pairing steps and enable notifications. Optionally link the device with Google Home or Amazon Alexa for voice control. Test the detector by applying a small amount of water to the probe tip to confirm alarm and notification functions.

Recommendations

Place the sensor where leaks are most likely to start and avoid locations with constant water exposure. Replace AAA batteries when the app notifies low battery and test the probe periodically. Use adhesive tape or screws included in the package for secure mounting.
