The EK-Quantum Torque Micro Rotary 90 is a compact right-angle adapter fitting designed to create a 90° turn with a minimal installation height of 21 mm. Machined from solid brass and plated with nickel followed by genuine gold, the fitting comes permanently assembled with high-quality rubber O-rings for sealing. A male G1/4" thread screws into the desired port while the fully rotatable female G1/4" port can be directed perpendicular to the mounting surface. The centreline of the female port sits 12.5 mm above the mounting surface and the base diameter measures 16.5 mm. This low-profile rotary adapter is compatible with STC and HDC EK-Quantum Torque fittings and EK-Quantum Torque Micro HDP fittings.

How to use

Screw the male G1/4" thread into the target port until seated. Use a 6 mm Allen key through the opening in the top face to secure the base in place; once tightened, the body of the fitting remains free to rotate to align the female G1/4" port in the required perpendicular direction. Ensure O-rings are intact and the mating port is clean before installation. Tighten to hand-plus appropriate tool torque—do not overtighten to avoid damaging threads or O-rings.

Recommendations

Use the EK-Loop Multi Allen Key or an appropriate 6 mm Allen key for secure installation. Verify compatibility with connected EK-Quantum Torque STC, HDC or Micro HDP fittings and check clearances before final tightening to prevent stress on tubing or nearby components.
