Fitting EK Water Blocks Brass Black Silver 7mm Height 1.65cm Diameter

EK-Quantum Torque Micro Extender Static MF 7 - Nickel is a compact male+female G1/4" threaded extender made from nickel-plated CNC-machined brass and sealed with EPDM O-rings. It is intended to extend a G1/4" port on a water-cooling block, radiator or other liquid-cooling component to simplify connections and reduce tight bends or hard-to-reach fittings in compact or clearance-limited builds. This static extender does not rotate and belongs to the EK-Quantum Torque family of fittings, which includes angled adapters, rotary and static extenders, splitters, plugs, drain valves and other liquid-cooling components.

Advantages

The nickel-plated brass construction provides durability and corrosion resistance while CNC machining ensures precise threads and dimensions. EPDM O-rings offer a reliable seal for leak prevention. Its small 7 mm height helps increase port spacing and improve accessibility without adding substantial bulk. The Torque series design emphasizes robust industrial aesthetics and compatibility with optional color rings for visual customization.

Suitable for

• Extending a G1/4" port on CPU or GPU water blocks
• Creating easier routing between radiators and components in tight builds
• Improving access to closely spaced or recessed fittings

Key specifications

• Thread type: G1/4" male+female
• Height: 7 mm (micro extender)
• Material: nickel-plated brass (CNC machined)
• Seal: EPDM O-rings
• Rotation: static (non-revolvable)
• Compatible with: EK-Quantum Torque series fittings

How to use

Thread the male end into the existing G1/4" port on the block, radiator or component until the EPDM O-rings seat and form a seal, then attach the required fitting or tubing to the female end. Ensure threads are aligned and hand-tighten; finish with appropriate torque if specified by the component manufacturer. Because this is a static extender, avoid attempting to rotate the extender itself when tightening connected fittings.

Recommendations

Use this EK-Quantum Torque Micro Extender Static MF 7 when port spacing or clearance prevents direct connection, and verify compatibility with your system's G1/4" ports. Do not overtighten; inspect O-rings periodically and replace if worn to maintain a reliable seal.
