Fitting Corsair CX-9055010-WW Brass Gold 90° Rotary Adapters

The CORSAIR Fitting CX-9055010-WW Brass Gold 90° Rotary Adapters are precision fittings for custom liquid cooling loops. Machined from brass with a gold-colored finish, this pair of 90° rotary adapters provides a compact angled connection that helps route tubing cleanly while maintaining reliable fluid flow. Designed for compatibility with CORSAIR Hydro X Series fittings, these adapters support a range of installation styles including hardline, compression and barbed fittings.

Advantages

These brass rotary adapters combine durable metal construction with a decorative gold finish for both functional and visual enhancement of a cooling loop. The 90° rotation capability reduces stress on tubing and allows fine adjustment during assembly, improving fit in tight or complex layouts. The material choice ensures corrosion resistance and long-term stability in liquid cooling environments.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid cooling loops requiring angled connections
• Setups using hardline tubing, compression fittings or barbed fittings
• Compact or tight-build enclosures where tubing must be routed precisely
• Aesthetic builds where color-matched metal fittings are preferred

Key specifications

• Material: Brass construction for structural strength and corrosion resistance
• Finish: Gold-colored durable coating for consistent appearance
• Angle: 90° rotary adapter design for adjustable angled connections
• Compatibility: Designed to integrate with Hydro X Series liquid cooling fittings and common compression/barbed systems
• Pack contents: Pair of 90° rotary adapters for dual-connection needs

How to use

Install the rotary adapters by threading them into compatible Hydro X Series ports or mating fittings, then connect tubing or compression components according to the chosen sealing method. Rotate the adapter to the desired orientation before fully tightening to achieve optimal tubing routing. Verify all joints are securely seated and properly tightened, then perform a pressure or leak test of the loop prior to normal operation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate sealing fittings and follow manufacturer torque guidance when installing brass adapters. When mixing metal fittings and different coolant types, ensure compatibility to prevent galvanic corrosion. After assembly, run a leak test and periodically inspect fittings for tightness and signs of wear.
