Fitting BitsPower BP-MBWP-C06V2 — Brass black liquid cooling fitting, 18×18×10 mm

BitsPower BP-MBWP-C06V2 is a compact brass fitting finished in matte black, designed for G1/4" thread liquid cooling applications in custom PC loops. Measuring 18 × 18 × 10 mm, this connector is intended for use with water-based cooling agents and provides a durable junction between radiators, pumps, reservoirs and tubing. The fitting combines a low-profile form factor with corrosion-resistant brass construction and a concealed O-ring seal for a neat, reliable installation.

Advantages

The fitting’s brass body offers mechanical strength and resistance to wear, while the matte black finish reduces visible reflections and matches contemporary PC builds. A hidden O-ring design improves sealing and appearance by concealing the gasket from view. The G1/4" thread compatibility ensures broad interchangeability with standard water-cooling components. The small footprint (18 × 18 × 10 mm) allows placement in tight areas and helps maintain compact loops without sacrificing durability.

Suitable for

• Connecting tubing to radiators, pumps or reservoirs in custom water-cooling loops
• Compact PC builds where space around fittings is limited
• Upgrading or replacing existing threaded fittings to a matte black aesthetic

Key specifications

• Material: Brass
• Finish: Matte black
• Thread standard: G1/4"
• Outer dimensions: 18 × 18 × 10 mm
• Sealing: Integrated concealed O-ring
• Compatibility: Designed for water-based cooling agents
• Regulatory: RoHS compliant

How to use

Ensure mating threads on radiator, pump or reservoir ports are clean and undamaged before installation. Hand-start the fitting into the G1/4" port to avoid cross-threading, then tighten to a firm fit—use a suitable wrench only if additional torque is required. Verify the concealed O-ring is seated correctly and inspect the connection after filling the loop and running a leak test. For disassembly, drain the loop, then loosen the fitting and remove it carefully to avoid damaging threads or the O-ring.

Recommendations

Use with water-based coolants only; avoid aggressive chemicals that may damage seals or plating. When assembling multiple fittings, apply consistent torque to prevent uneven stress on components. Periodically inspect fittings for signs of wear or degradation and replace O-rings if leaks or stiffness are observed.
