Fitting BitsPower BP-MB45R2CPF-CC3U brass computer cooling fitting, black and green

BitsPower BP-MB45R2CPF-CC3U brass computer cooling fitting in black and green is a precision-machined connector designed for custom PC liquid-cooling loops. Made of brass with a decorative black and green finish, this fitting joins soft tubing and cooling components to maintain leak-resistant flow paths in water-cooled systems. It is intended for builders and technicians who assemble or modify custom cooling loops and need reliable, corrosion-resistant connectors that match a specific visual theme.

Advantages

The brass construction provides corrosion resistance and dimensional stability under operating temperatures typical for PC cooling. The finish offers both aesthetic integration and surface protection, while the design delivers a secure connection to standard soft tubing sizes used in custom loops. Precision machining ensures consistent thread engagement and sealing performance when used with appropriate seals or O-rings.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loop assembly
• Upgrading or replacing existing fittings in liquid-cooled systems
• Maintenance and leak-check procedures during system servicing
• Matching themed builds where black and green accents are desired

Key specifications

• Material: brass
• Finish: black and green
• Application: soft tubing connections in PC liquid-cooling loops
• Compatibility: standard sizes for PC soft tubing (verify tubing inner/outer diameter before installation)
• Typical use environment: desktop PC water-cooling systems

How to use

Install the fitting by preparing tubing ends cleanly and squarely, then slide the tubing over the fitting barb or insert depending on the fitting style. Ensure O-rings or sealing components are correctly positioned where applicable, and hand-tighten any threaded segments before applying the recommended final torque. After installation, perform a pressure or leak test with the loop filled and powered off to confirm sealing integrity before normal operation.

Recommendations

Use tubing with compatible inner and outer diameters and replace any worn seals during maintenance. Avoid overtightening threaded connections to prevent damage to threads or O-rings. Periodically inspect fittings for signs of corrosion or wear, especially if mixed metals or additives are present in the coolant.
