How to use

Load the 1.75 mm filament into a compatible FDM/FFF printer and set the nozzle temperature between 245 °C and 265 °C and the bed to 90–100 °C. For small parts a non-enclosed printer with the stated temperatures is usually sufficient; larger parts benefit from an enclosed printer with elevated ambient temperature or an actively heated chamber to reduce warping. Use appropriate retraction settings for your extruder type (for direct drive start with ~1 mm retraction at 20 mm/s; for Bowden systems start with ~3 mm at 40 mm/s). Ensure good bed adhesion using adhesive products or suitable surfaces to minimise deformation during cooling.

Recommendations

For prints larger than fist-sized or parts exceeding ~15–20 cm in any dimension, print in an enclosed printer or with an actively heated chamber (approx. 40–70 °C or higher) to reduce warping. If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry at 70 °C for about 6 hours before printing. For smoother surfaces consider acetone vapor smoothing with appropriate safety measures, or use alternative smoothing systems designed for ABS materials.
