How to use

Place the laminator on a flat, stable surface and plug in the unit. Select HOT or COLD mode using the switch depending on the type of foil and material to be laminated; wait until the Ready LED lights (hot mode requires about 5 minutes warm-up). Insert the document sealed in a laminating pouch or film into the feed slot straight and centered, letting the machine pull it through. For cold lamination, follow the pouch or film manufacturer's instructions to avoid bubbles. After lamination, allow thicker items up to 0.6 mm to cool or settle before handling.

Recommendations

Use hot lamination (80–125 micron film) for sturdy, long-term protection of paper documents and photos; use cold mode for heat-sensitive materials such as certain photographs, prints or heat-sensitive inks. Always power off and unplug the laminator when not in use and avoid exceeding the maximum laminated thickness of 0.6 mm.
