Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Versatile
The versatile TM-T88VI iHub offers retailers, restaurants, bars and other commercial businesses the chance to explore web and mobile POS solutions without losing the functionality of a traditional PC-based system, as both can be run in parallel. This co-existence means users can migrate at the speed they want, run both systems at once, or just stick to a traditional setup.

Flexible
The TM-T88VI iHub offers the user a wide range of connectivity options, including four USB-A connections, one of which can charge a tablet, as well as USB-B, serial and Wi-Fi. This allows the connection of a wide range of peripherals, including barcode scanners, displays and mobile devices.

High performance and low running costs
As well as flexibility, the TM-T88VI iHub gives outstanding performance, with print speeds of up to 350mm/s, and excellent reliability. A backwards paper-feeding function helps save paper without affecting performance, reducing running costs and paper waste.

Flexible connectivity
Server Direct Print functionality allows the TM-T88VI iHub to print direct from a web server. It also supports beacons, to help mobile devices identify the nearest printer, making it ideal for POS environments with multiple printer installations, while NFC support makes it easy to pair tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices.
