Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Epson EcoTank ET-16680 is an A3 multifunction inkjet printer designed for offices that need colour printing, copying, scanning and faxing with low running costs. It delivers a maximum print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi, colour scanning and copying with optical resolution up to 1200 x 1200 dpi, duplex print and scan, wired and wireless network connectivity, and a high monthly duty cycle suitable for busy workgroups.

Advantages

The ET-16680 uses refillable EcoTank ink bottles to provide a very low cost-per-page and reduced user intervention due to large front ink tanks. Epson Heat-Free technology reduces energy consumption compared with fusing-based printers. Fast first-page-out time and competitive print and scan speeds help complete A3 and A4 jobs quickly, while dual paper trays, a 50-sheet rear feed and an automatic document feeder increase paper handling capacity.

Suitable for

  • Small and medium-sized offices requiring A3 colour output
  • Workgroups with high monthly print volumes
  • Environments needing duplex print and scan
  • Offices that need mobile and network printing (Wi‑Fi, Wi‑Fi Direct, Ethernet)

  • Copying: Colour copying, max 1200 x 1200 dpi
  • Scanning: Colour scanning, optical resolution 1200 x 1200 dpi
  • Maximum paper size: A3

  • Paper handling: Two trays (500-sheet capacity), 50-sheet rear feed, ADF
  • Weight: 21 kg
  • Maximum duty cycle: 66,000 pages per month

How to use

Set up the ET-16680 by connecting to your network via Wi‑Fi or Ethernet, install the ink bottles into the front refill tanks following the user guide, and load paper into the trays or rear feed. Use the LCD colour touchscreen to select print, copy, scan or fax functions. For scanning and copying, place originals on the platen or in the ADF. For mobile printing, install the Epson iPrint app on your smart device and send jobs via Wi‑Fi or Wi‑Fi Direct.

Recommendations

To keep running costs low and ensure reliable operation, use genuine Epson EcoTank ink bottles for refills, keep the firmware up to date, and perform regular checks of paper paths and the ADF. For heavy usage, make use of the dual trays and ADF to minimise manual paper handling.
