How to use

Insert two AAA batteries, attach the adhesive electrodes to clean, dry skin on the target area, and place the unit to connect the electrodes. Select one of the five programs and adjust the intensity across ten levels to a comfortable stimulation. Each session runs for about 30 minutes and the unit will shut off automatically at the end. Do not apply electrodes on broken or irritated skin and follow any additional instructions in the product manual.
