How to use

Place the Dutch oven on a stove, in an oven or over coals or open flame. Add ingredients and regulate heat as required; because of the cast iron’s heat retention, lower temperatures and longer cooking times often produce the best results. When cooking outdoors, embers or charcoal can be placed on the raised lid edge to provide top heat. Use the handle to lift the pot and the thermometer hole to monitor internal temperature without removing the lid. If needed, use the Petromax Lid Lifter to remove the hot lid safely.

Recommendations
