Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The RIVACASE Mestalla foldable gym and travel bag combines lightweight design with 30 liters of capacity for practical daily use and short trips. Made from water-repellent fabric, it folds compactly for easy storage and packing, and features multiple carrying options including soft handles with Velcro fixation, a removable adjustable shoulder strap, an additional side handle and a trolley strap with an integrated zippered pocket.

Advantages

The Mestalla bag offers a balance of space and portability: a large main zippered compartment for sports gear or clothing, a side zippered pocket for documents or small items, and a hidden zippered pocket in the trolley strap for valuables. Its water-repellent fabric protects contents from light rain, while sturdy clips and reinforced fittings ensure long-term reliability. Multiple handles and a trolley strap improve handling in crowded or confined spaces.

Key specifications

  • Capacity: 30 liters
  • Material: water-repellent fabric
  • Main compartment: zippered
  • Secondary pockets: side zippered pocket; zippered pocket in trolley strap
  • Carrying options: soft handles with Velcro fixation; removable adjustable shoulder strap; additional side handle
  • Trolley strap: yes (with integrated pocket)
  • Hardware: sturdy clips for shoulder strap

How to use

Open the main zippered compartment to load clothing, sports equipment or other items up to the 30-liter capacity. Use the side zippered pocket for documents, wallet or notepads and the discreet zippered pocket in the trolley strap for passports or other valuables. Adjust or remove the shoulder strap as needed, join the soft handles with the Velcro fixation for compact carrying, or use the trolley strap to attach the bag to wheeled luggage. The additional side handle helps maneuver the bag in tight spaces.

Recommendations

For best protection of electronics and documents, place them in protective sleeves or small pouches before storing in the zippered pockets. Avoid prolonged submersion; the fabric is water-repellent but not fully waterproof.
