Drum vacuum Clatronic BS 1308

The Clatronic BS 1308 drum vacuum offers compact, bagless dry cleaning with a maximum input power of 700 W. Designed for home use, it combines HEPA air filtering with a lightweight body of 3.95 kg to collect dust from hard floors, carpets and other bare surfaces. Available in black and red, the unit delivers a balance of suction performance and manageable noise output, making it suitable for routine household cleaning tasks.

Advantages

The bagless design removes the need for replacement dust bags and simplifies emptying. Integrated HEPA filtration captures fine dust particles and improves air quality during cleaning. With a maximum input power of 700 W the vacuum provides effective suction for dry debris on a range of floor types while remaining relatively energy efficient. Its compact footprint and 3.95 kg weight support easy handling and storage.

Suitable for

• Regular cleaning of hard floors and tiles
• Vacuuming low- to medium-pile carpets and rugs
• Quick spot cleaning of bare floors and staircases
• Households seeking a compact, bagless vacuum with HEPA filtration

How to use

Before use, ensure the filter is correctly installed and the dust container is empty. Connect the vacuum to a suitable mains outlet and select a cleaning path appropriate for the surface. Move the nozzle slowly across the floor surface to allow the HEPA filter and suction to collect fine dust. After cleaning, switch off and disconnect from the mains, then remove and empty the dust container into a bin and, if necessary, clean or replace the HEPA filter according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

For consistent performance, use the vacuum for dry cleaning only, avoid water or wet spills, and inspect the filter regularly. Empty the dust container when it is two-thirds full to maintain airflow, and store the unit upright in a dry place. Replace or clean the HEPA filter at intervals recommended by the manufacturer to preserve filtration efficiency and prolong the life of the appliance.
