We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

How to use

Fill the water reservoir to the required level according to the number of cups desired, place a suitable paper filter or reusable filter into the removable filter holder and add the required amount of ground coffee. Close the filter holder, place the tempered glass jug on the warming plate, set the 24-hour timer or start brewing immediately using the control panel and LCD display. Use the Pause&Serve function to pour a cup mid-brew if needed; the anti-drip mechanism prevents spills when the jug is removed. After brewing, switch off the machine if not using the warming plate continuously and allow components to cool before cleaning the jug and filter holder.

Recommendations

To preserve flavor and performance, use freshly ground coffee appropriate for drip brewing, descale the machine periodically according to water hardness, clean the removable filter holder after each use, and avoid leaving coffee on the warming plate for extended periods beyond 30 minutes to prevent taste degradation.
