How to use

Install a charged 18V POWERCONNECT™ battery and select the required mode (drilling, hammer drilling or chiseling) using the mode selector. Fit an appropriate SDS-Plus bit by inserting it into the chuck until it locks. Hold the pistol grip firmly with one hand and the side handle with the other when performing hammer or heavy drilling tasks. Start at low speed to position the bit, then increase speed as needed. Use the LED light to illuminate the work area and remove the battery before changing bits or performing maintenance.

Recommendations

For longer tool life and consistent performance, fully charge both 2.5 Ah batteries before first use, use the correct SDS-Plus bits for masonry or chiseling, and avoid prolonged continuous operation without allowing short cooling intervals.
