How to use

Mount the injector on a DIN-rail in a protected enclosure and connect a suitable DC power source within 45–56 V to the DC input. Connect the network switch or upstream device to the data input RJ-45 port and connect the powered device (PD) to the PoE output RJ-45 port. Ensure Ethernet cabling is Cat5e or higher for Gigabit operation and keep cable runs within 100 meters. Monitor the front-panel LEDs to verify input power and PoE output status.

Recommendations

Use a regulated DC power source sized to provide the required wattage plus margin for connected PDs. For reliable Gigabit throughput, use Cat5e or Cat6 cabling and avoid running PoE cables near high-voltage or noisy power lines.
