Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Dell Pro QCS1250 desktop PC equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 5 235 processor (boost up to 5 GHz), 16 GB DDR5 memory and a 512 GB solid-state drive. Integrated Intel graphics provide sufficient performance for office productivity, web browsing and media playback. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled and comes in a compact black chassis with a total weight of approximately 5.89 kg, suitable for small offices and flexible workstation arrangements.

Advantages

The combination of an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor and 16 GB DDR5 memory enables smooth multitasking for standard business applications. A 512 GB SSD reduces boot and application load times compared with traditional hard drives. Integrated graphics lower power consumption and reduce system complexity for typical office and administrative workflows. Preinstalled Windows 11 Pro provides business-oriented features and security options ready for enterprise deployment.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity software (word processing, spreadsheets, email)
  • Web browsing and cloud-based applications
  • Video conferencing and standard media playback
  • Small business workstations and reception or point-of-sale terminals

Key specifications

  • Processor family: Intel Core Ultra 5
  • Processor model: 235 with boost frequency up to 5 GHz
  • Memory: 16 GB DDR5-SDRAM
  • Storage: 512 GB solid-state drive (SSD)
  • Graphics: Integrated Intel graphics
  • Operating system: Windows 11 Pro (preinstalled)

How to use

Connect the desktop to a monitor, keyboard, mouse and network, then power on the system to begin Windows 11 Pro setup. Follow on-screen prompts to configure user accounts, network settings and Windows updates. Use the preinstalled tools and drivers to add printers, scanners or other peripherals. For data migration, copy user files from existing systems to the internal SSD or restore from backups using standard Windows migration tools.

Recommendations

For sustained office performance, keep the system updated with the latest Windows updates and drivers. Use the SSD for the operating system and active projects, and consider external or network storage for long-term archives. Ensure adequate ventilation around the chassis and place the unit on a stable, flat surface to maintain thermal efficiency.
