How to use
Place the monitor on a stable desk surface or attach it to a compatible VESA mount. Connect a video source using the available input on the monitor (use appropriate video cable and adapter supplied or recommended by your system). Adjust the height of the stand to achieve an ergonomic eye level, and use the on-screen display menu to set brightness, contrast and color presets that match your environment. Enable built-in speakers in the source device’s audio settings if audio output is required. For multi-monitor setups, arrange displays in the operating system settings and calibrate position and scaling as needed.
Recommendations
For regular office and home use, position the top of the screen at or slightly below eye level and maintain a viewing distance of about an arm’s length. Reduce eye strain by setting brightness to match ambient lighting and enabling any available low-blue-light or flicker-reduction modes during prolonged use.
